So exactly because of this the Bibles gives us hints to avoid being drunk. The main danger of drunkenness is that people can easily spoil their health. Furthermore you can easily lose your family, your sweet part, friends and so on if aren’t going to give it up right now. And in this case it doesn’t matter whether you attend the nearest church, sing psalms or not. The main thing is that you are experiencing a big sin and you like it. Being in debt for Christians.

Christians and the Great Tribulation.
Many people are used to believing that some day a terrible time will occur. It’s believed to be the time of a great tribulation. In other words we might call this the judgment day. It’s believed to be the real chance for true Christians to get to the heaven successfully. I mean the opportunity to get into the paradise. But at the same time the destiny of sinful people can’t be envied because they are going to be punished severely for their doing wrong. We are scared that God is going to cover the Earth with his judging anger at this terrible time and only true Christians are supposed to be rescued.

From my point of view these people are partially right. The matter is that God is able to set us free of his anger at any time he likes. So though we are still exposed to danger any way everything depends on us, because we are creatures with free will. By the way in the Old Testament you can find the evidence of God’s wrath canceling.

Let’s look closer at one obvious example. As you know God punished the Earth with a giant flood. But at the same time Noah’s family was rescued successfully.
And what about Lot and his daughters? If you don’t remember I can point out to Genesis 19. You know that Gomorrah and Sodom were completely destroyed but Lot’s daughters and Lot himself certainly were given the chance to escape from the the danger.

Furthermore the Israelites were rescued at the time of ten plagues in Egypt. These people were in Egypt and they weren’t evacuated by God. But at the same time they were provided with the reliable protection.

So I’ve given you enough examples from my point of view. In those examples mentioned above God poured his great wrath upon sinful human beings while saving those ones keeping their Christian faith. The matter is that there’s no need for God to punish faithful believers because they can continue serving him in the future. Having experienced God’s wrath true believers will get rid of their last hesitation concerning their belief. And correspondently their Christian belief is going to be much stringer than ever before.

By the way even true believers had to suffer during the time of God’s wrath. For example Noah was taken fun when being engaged in building. And I should say that God did nothing to deprive him of those cruel jokes of the ignorant sinful crowd. He also had to endure this suffering. But certainly the main thing is that all of them were saved by God.
